8 month Progress Pics

    Heres me goofing off with my friend about 8 months ago ( I was between 110-115) You can see my scrawny arms :eek4:

    If it wasnt for Chris' routine i'd probably still be a bicep warrior and still look like our friend norman. 200lbs here I come :x:

    Starting numbers:
    Squat 80x5
    Dead 130x5
    Bench 80x5

    Now:
    Squat 225x5
    Dead 309x5
    Bench ??? Been using DB since I workout alone, I use 65lb dbs.

    The routine is starting to take its toll on my body, mostly my back. So I cut out the good mornings, and i'll probably just focus on form for deads. Also upped the glucosamine and EFAs, see if that helps. Started getting stretch marks on the inside of my legs too :wtc: cocoa butter isnt really helping. I started taking measurements on my legs out of curiousity, and they grew 3/4 in. just in 28 days :eek4:

    I hope christophers routine works for me too. I've been busting ass.
    I'm 5'11, 135.

    My muscle feel like they are going to explode out of my skin, I love it.

    Thats awesome progress man.:bigthumb: I'm 6'0 and 150lbs. My starting numbers were a little better than yours, so hopefully I'll make good progress like you have. I've gotta eat more. :noes:

    wow that is just amazing. You used christophers routine you say? I gotta try it, will be tough to get used to that with my weak body though. :hs:

    bravo that is awesome progress.. man I'd be thrilled if I just looked like pic number 2, haha

    I think I was about 120 in pic 2, just push yourself. Throw more weight on the bar than youre used to and just go for it, if you fail fuck it, but when you tackle that weight its sweet. I think a combination of that and extreme eating is what did the trick man, you can do it :bigthumb:
