    i started this last night. Anyone else try it? Marketing gimmick or it works?

    man i tell you - i dont know how those people do it for all 8 mins; it's pretty hard - esp. for a newb like me.

    does it place resistance to your abs?
    are you doing variations of movements?
    do you feel it working?


    if you're able to answer "yes" to those questions, it works.

    i did it twice a day for 2 months last summer and it definitely toned me up pretty nice for the beach. this one part gets me everytime though, when he said ugh.. it feels good doesn't it.

    This 8 minute ab bullshit always made me laugh, they put commercials on the TV, magazines, videos, etc to train your abs for 8 minutes a week or a month or whatever the god damn fuck - and i mean always think about people that are uneducated to believe this crap.

    I mean theres NO mention of diet, poor fucks out there pounding whoppers all day long thinking "WELL I BOUGHT THE 8 MINUTE ABS VIDEO BROS SO IM ALL GOOD GONNA HAVE A CHIZZLED WASHBOARD BROS."

    its just so twisted.

    he says if ur doing it right you wont feel pain in ur neck and all. but dude how the hell can u do it without neck pain? shit hurts my neck - if it didnt i would do many more crunches

    Ya that does look like a good sangwidge. Had the Baconator over the weekend..... Six strips of hickory smoked bacon piled high atop two 1/4 lb. patties of fresh, never frozen, beef. Complete with two slices of American cheese, mayo and ketchup for a mountain of mouth-watering taste.

    Well I'm not doing the 8 minute program. But my sister is purchasing hip hop abs. So I prolly be her workout program hopefully get a bit more toned!! :) I'll let ya know how it goes!

    Lol I'm sayin the guy a couple of post said he got more toned. If it can get me more defined why not. But your right idk why I'm going to do it. Prolly feel real weird doing it.

    I did 8 minute abs for a while and liked it. Then I stopped. I just started again, but yesterday I decided I wanted something a little more intense so I just did 50 reps of each exercise on the vid. I don't know shit about exercising though. I weigh 140 lbs. and I'm about 5'11" so I'm not trying to lose weight. I just want to tone myself up. Today I'm gonna try and do the same thing with arms (take the exercises in the 8 minute arms and just do a bunch of reps with weights). Am I being retarded or will this have the effect I'm going for? I'm open to suggestions.
