    $779 for 1000rds Wolf 55grain FMJ?

I mean, I haven't exactly found it anywhere cheaper :wtc:

Should I keep looking? I have roughly 1000rds at the house right now, but that would be split inevitably between 2-3 ar-15's in the house.

Anybody see any decent prices on .308 NATO?

I just want to stock pile some more ammo, friend asked to go shooting last night and I had to tell him no because I didn't have any .40sw, and he didn't want to shoot the .45 I have a S&W M36 I CCW, but have 5 in the cylinder and 5 on a speed loader, and thats it :o

Should I get a case of .38+, and the 1000rds of .223? Or should I get a little bit more of each: .38+, .45acp,.223,.308?

I'll probably get 5000rds of 22lr as well for the Golden Boy :mamoru:

Or when they say 306, does that mean 306 boxes of 20 or something like that??

The quantity is probably per box, not round.

Priv is badass I shoot the 75gr 223, and when it says 306 its 20rd boxes. But theres 2260 in stock of Priv 75gr for 429 should be able to get a 1k rounds out of that

I would go live at Walmart waiting for a restock before paying 78 cents per a round of wolf

But then again, I don't know how to feel about reloads for keepsake... I'm not buying this ammo to go out and shoot at the range right now... I'm buying it so I have some when there is none

prvi makes fucking good ammo. i got a case of the M193 (55gr 5.56mm) back when it was $330/1000 with $0.01 shipping from AIM surplus

    i also got a case of M855 (62gr 5.56mm) from widners for maybe $410/1000 + shipping.

i'm gonna get another case of the M193 when i can.

Will the Privi stabilize in a 1/12 barrel? Not sure if that's what twist you have but that would suck if you bought a case of ammo that wouldn't stabilize.

Ok, same combo at AmmunitionToGo is $802.74 shipped for 1000rds .223 and 500rds .308 PRVI

I think I'll go with that

  23. The 75 or the 69? Both are over what conventional wisdom says will work with 1:12.

With the 75gr prvi zero it at 30 yards and it will also be zero'ed at about 270. I like this as if you shooting 10" steel plates you hold bottom of the plate from 100 - 225 yards, middle of the plate 226 - 325, and top of the plate from 326 - 400. The long 75gr bullet is real good in wind with it's high balistic coefficient (well high for 223)

I must add I have not shot the prvi loaded ammo but I hear it is good. I am loading the 75gr prvi hpbt bullets as my new long range ammo. Once I work out the pressure issues which are slightly high I'm thinking it's going to be a real winner.
