I've been wanting to get an old school muscle car for a few years for a project car, so I am looking for some ideas on what car to get. I was originally wanting to get a 70 Camaro, Chevelle, or something like that. Well one of my buddies has a 74 Charger that he lets me drive once in awhile, and dam, that car is badass. :eek3: Anyway, I am kind of leaning towards a 73-74 Challenger or Charger. It seems around this area everyone who has muscle cars fixes up mustangs and GM vehicles, which is all great, but it would be nice to ave something different, and I can count the times on one hand that I have seen a charger or challenger around, besides my buddies. Anyway, I just wanted some feedback on these particular cars.
Here are a couple pics of the 74 Charger, currently she is putting down 425rwhp around 400ft/lb's and over 600rwhp/700ft/lbs on the bottle. She's fun to drive to say the least. :hsugh:

I owned a 74 Charger SE (among the other MoPars).

Started life as a 318 car, sold it off as a 440 magnum, 727, 4:11 monster. I loved the car because it was different from what evryone else had. In the muscle car/hot rod world, every swinging dick has a Camaro or Mustang.

My favorite MoPar was a 1970 GTX. Bad ass car - and hardly anyone knew what it was all about - until you dropped the hammer

    (70 GTX - not mine)
