Something like one of these (see pic below), they play mp3's, cd's cd-r's, cd-rw's, dvd's. I cant find anything that will answer my question though...

Will they play a DVD burned with mp3's on it? :x:

DVD's will give you much more space, especially if you have several gigs of mp3s.

To answer your question though, I would say yes as long as it plays burnt dvd discs. I'm sure the manufacturers will list that in the specs. If it does support recordable DVDs, then it should definately play mp3s off of one.

Exactly. Even on cd-r's, I have over 100 in my car. Its a fucking pain to keep switching all the time when I could hold, 10-20x as much on one disc. It would also keep it from getting scratched, because odds are, I would only need, a handful which I would keep in jewel cases, instead of just tossing them in the lil cubby under my head unit :)

Dosen't have to be that specific brand, I'm just wondering in general if any company that makes a in-dash lcd has support for that. The picture was just a general reference for what I'm looking for.
