    workout buddy is 6 ft and 169 and you look about 2x bigger than him. Do you happen to have thin legs/lowerback/gluts?

    I have to agree witht he other guys, bulk time!

    It's summer so I'm not sure if you want to hit the beach these days and start bulking when school starts...

    See that's the main thing. It's beach season, and I'm concerned about my gut and flabby chest. Chicks do not do those. But if I cut I will be super scrawny and I don't want that either.

    You don't look bad, that's for sure. Lift heavier, eat more protein and more calories, should do fine.

    14%, no way. More like 10 %. I would bulk if I was you. I would prolly bulk to 200-205ish and then cut from there............

    Not lower than 14.2%. I had it done twice at the gym with an electronic caliper and it came up 14.2% both times.

    those are not even accurate to within a couple percent, let alone 1/10th of a percent.

    They say it's within 1%. You measure your bi, tri, lat, and stomach and it comes up with the percentage.
