I have a question. Ive been researching a little and notice that 6500k bulbs are cheaper than 6000k. Is there a reason for this? im assuming the 500 extra K isnt that much brighter than a 6000k. If this is the case should i just get the 6500 and save $30 a pair?

btw these are for d2s hid bulbs

The higher or lower you go then 4300k the less visual help the headlights add.
So for maximum lighting on the ground/area in front of you is 4300k, also when you move up you move into different colors from blue to purple.
When you go lower you move into the yellow.

4300K is definitely the best. Your eyes receive the most visual data from yellow light; the only thing blue light is good for is telling what color something is. Also, bright blue light is terrible for night vision because your eyes get more sensitive to blue light at night (because that's the only kind of light there is at night), which is why the assholes with the 8000K HIDs leave such terribl streaks in your eyes when they drive past.
