Should I eat more or less for bulking? Thinking 6500 Calories a day and working out 6days and a 3day split routine

How much do you weigh? I seriously doubt you're burning 5000 cals a day.

calculators suck for the most part. just start at 3500-4000 if you want to and see if you gain 1-2lbs a week on that

if you're going to be bulking limit the cardio.. or you can up the cals. whatever. my point is to just experiment with the calories and see what happens.

Man, you sure do want to get back to fatdom pretty quick dont ya. I would still do cardio when bulking, except maybe just 2 15 minute sessions a week or something like that

Thats what I eat right now is 2000 calories I can post an exact log of everything I eat everyday :dunno: I lift for around an 1hr-2hrs and do a 2hr jog in the morining with HIIT 3x a week :dunno:

And yes my upper body is where most my fat is, but I can do a 100 Decline Crunches with a 45lb Plate so I have a half way decent ab

You keep bringing up abs, no one gives a fuck about that. You are still excessively FAT, lose it. No one ever judges strength by the number of decline crunches a person can do with a 45lb plate.

Yea I know but some people said that I should bulk at 15% but others have said 10%, so now I dont know. 10% would be around 195, and 15% would be around 205 :dunno:
