the 64k sims say "smartchip" on it and are both orange and white while the 32k sims are only white. the 64k sim allows for greater network selection allowing cingular to use the national coverage while never removing the CINGULAR alpha tag. it also allows customer care to send packets of info to a customers sim card to update information and all we have to do in the store is plug their sim card into a card reader and it updates their info.

What is the CINGULAR alpha tag? As opposed to reading EXTEND?
