Actually tall people have an advantage when i tomes to deadlift, i am close to 6'4 and i deadlift 500, it is not hard to get there. :bigthumb:

oh i didn't mean anything about actual amount of weight you can do...i know we have an advantage when it comes to nice pulling...but getting correct form all the time = hard

i dunno, didnt used to have a complaint with them. at one point i squatted 405... but i just took 2 years off and got back into it a few months ago, then had to take a month off when i moved and didnt have gym access. then when i got a membership i did isolation lifts with freeweights for a while and just started compound movements in the past 2 weeks.

squat is just difficult for me now... probably lack of core strength or lacking form but its just my current gripe.

I am not sure i understand this, Your form has nothing to do with your height.

like i said, its probably a lack of core strength or I just need to do it more to get my form in check :dunno:

currently it just feels awkward to me, don't know how else to explain it.
