    but

i think deadbolt, you're 6'3", long torso, pretty large? 210-220lbs? there was an OT f&n'er that had similar frame to me, same height, long torso, shoulders not very wide, but packed on lotta muscle. looking for that pic for inspiration kthx.

he's too big and his frame isnt similar to mine. i have a lean frame ie. long neck, long torso, narrow shoulder girdle.

 gif cracks me up urrtime

lookin swole, deadbolt. mebbe have you mixed up with someone else though. i could have sworn that was an F&N'er that was 6'3" and long torso'd + narrow shoulders but mebbe 220 and lean. i remember seeing the pic and thinking "holy shit that cuold be me if i had another 20lbs of lean muscle and no bodyfat" because of the frame shape.

mebbe 2 or 3 pics were posted and then they dissapeared (the pics, not the poster)

    oh well. no biggie

that's not bad, dood. except for the 250 (that's bench?) seems like it could be better but what do i know.

350 squat? is that x1 and atg?

a year ago when i was doing rippetoe i was at 265x5 squat, 265x5 bench, 365x5 deads. i'd love 350 or even 315x5 atg and 405 deads.

    315 bench too. :mamoru:

My upper body responds well, but my legs dont grow. I made the mistake of working only upper body for the first 2 years or so and my legs are still catching up.

Any of you guys have trouble with shirts?
I apparently wear a fitted 16.5/38, and they are nearly impossible to find, and still don't fit all too well... I am thinking of just having shirts made, any advice?
