6'1", 165lbs, Starting a work-out log. *before pic*

    hopefully in a month ill report back with an after pic which will be much improved. im going to the gym with my buddy whos really ripped and hes showing me a bunch of stuff i have to do. i have a "4 day split" routine.
    im fucking sick of being a weak little skinny prick. i couldnt work out for years because i had a metal bar in my chest (thats why its so bumpy and weird looking. i had surgery. it was WAY worse before. anyway its fixed now and now i can begin working out.

    can someone tell me how to build up the muscle right in the middle of my sternum? because of the bar the outside nipple area grew but not in the middle by my sternum, so there is a big dip as you can see in the middle where you can feel my bones right in the center of my chest. i want to expand this area so its not like a pit. (look right where my chest hair is is where it sinks in and theres no muscle at all)

    So that's what I'd look like at 6'1" :eek:

    You'll probably be better off just eating a ton and lifting for a while, and see how the muscle grows. It may not be too much of an issue if you put on some weight all over. Good luck, man :)
