why the different grip? whats the crack with that? (this is genuine interest)
more stress on the quads, core and lower back I believe.. its called a Zercher Squat.
I'm not sure but I think its for quad empahsis?
is that when compared to the front squat with the bar on the delts???

not to take anything away from the guy, but why didnt he have the pins lower to make sure he doesnt bounce of them like he did?
whenever i do front squat it fucks me up if i have the pins too high i and accidentally hit them
these are good to do when fuckers bicep curl on the squat rack, since the bar can be racked near your waist.

obviously he intended to bounce of the pins but frig 135 on my arms KILLS. forget even unracking 600 on my back

Pretty crazy weight though. That's gotta hurt. Front squatting 300+ feels like hell much less holding it in your arms.
regardless, 605x1 is still not bad, even if the bounce gives him 200 pounds.
agreed simply holding 600 and doing what hes doing would fucking kill
