6'0" 125ilb - How the hell do I gain weight?

    I'm 18, and I've been skinny all my life. I mean I eat like crazy but I hardly ever gain weight. Kenjiwing is trying to help me get fatter, and start lifting with him and his brother, but I think I need to get atleast a little bit bigger first.

    Any tips or suggestions, meal plans... any help is appreciated

    omg... you don't know how much i fkn hate you. you're 6"0 and you only weigh 125 lbs!?

    I weigh 125lbs and I'm 5"4. You don't know how much it pisses me off when i see tall skinny ass people like you. There's no love for small people, you only see a couple lightweight boxers making it big compared to heavyweights. There's no lightweight division in the UFC, wtf! You should be taking advantage of your damn height right now, I in hell would be.

    Sorry for the rant, im pissed off cuz of finals.

    Now that I've come to my senses (a little bit), since you're only 125lbs, I'm assuming you have a very high metabolism (like me, which is why I can cut weight easily for wrestling). So you should be basically pigging out, eat at least 5-6 small meals a day (like a PB&J sandwich).

    You do not eat like crazy, eating 2-4 meals a day and eating one meal the next day is not eating like crazy. It's about being consistent. Always take in more calories than you burn, at 6"0 @ 125lbs, I doubt you're doing any real sports where you're burning a lot of calories. And of course lift. Gaining weight is actually really simple, all you have to really do is eat and lift, but really, its all about being consistent and dedicated.

    He should eat 6 large meals, not 6 small meals. A sandwich is not a meal.

    fucking mega calorie shakes helped me get the weight gain going

    2 cups milk or OJ
    2 scoops whey
    1/4 cup cooked steel cut oats
    1 bananna
    2-4 tbsp all natural peanut butter
    1 scoop natural vanilla ice cream
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp flax oil
    5-6 strawberries

    it's like a gallon of liquid when it's all done but drink it over the course of each morning and it's a shitload of calories.
