    1 Does smoking ciggarettes affect weight/muscle gain? How much?
    2 Whats a good multi vitamin?
    3 Does alot of protein cause constapation?
    4 Is protein count effected by quality of food? i.e. frozen chicken breasts vs. fresh chicken, etc
    5 Does getting drunk on the weekends affect gains?
    6 What are your thoughts on D-Bol/Creatine?

    Thanks in advance, I appreciate the vast knowledge OT F&N has to offer.

    2. Walmart's brand.
    3. An all meat diet? yes. Whey protein? no.
    4. No but over cooking will result in a decrease of protein content.
    5. Yes.
    6. No because you'll abuse it like you do alcohol and tobacco / Yes because it's a supplement; respectively.

    Not really. Not unless you don't eat any fibre. In fact some people get the shits when they first use protein powder.

    Yes. Alcohol dehydrates you, depletes your B vitamins and inhibits protein synthesis.

    Dbol is an illegal anabolic steroid
    Creatine is a legal effective supplement used by millions of athletes around the world

    Im not a bodybuilder or anything, that is just what my Biochem professor would have you believe. If anyone here has a degree in nutrition, im sure they would know better. :dunno:

    your not going to just "pass" food through you. maybe your body cant use over 60g of protein for building muscle but it will use it for other things

    ^^ Exactly.

    You can have as much protein as you like in one sitting and it will all be used for something. The only time you would have food passing straight through is if you have a very unhealthy digestive tract.

    Not all of the protein you eat will be used for repairing muscle but it WILL be absorbed and used in some way.

    The body has a way of storing carbs and fats but no way of storing amino acids in a similar way. Therefore if your body needs amino acids and you haven't eaten protein in a while, it will degrade proteins (which may include muscle) to get those amino acids to use for something else.

    That's why people suggest eating protein through the whole day
    so you always have amino acids available for muscle growth and other processes.

    That is the theory but I doubt it makes any difference if you eat 3 meals with 70g of protein at each or 6 meals with 35g at each. I'm not sure it would make a difference to how much muscle you gain.
