    doing good here while on a high carb - low fat diet... now its a matter of maintaining for my trip back to us & a in ~ 2 weeks

    After a month I've hit roughly 0 progress :wtc: Stupid finals and friends graduating, stress + grad parties are a bitch. Hopefully I'll be able to make some kind of progress now that everyone is gone, no longer drinking and have an empty campus gym to get good workouts in...

    I'd like to see some progress pics as well. There were a few filled out dudes in that challenge that I thought would look awesome if they dropped 3 - 5% in body fat.

    you guys must be at fresh 21 yo bars or something... theres ALWAYS roided up 250lb+ dudes who are sub 8% at the places i go... being 220-230 and decently built doesn't mean a thing to any of the women i talk to

    I'm doing horrible--I keep getting side tracked and want to gain size. I jumped the Creatine Band wagon and got back on the brotein and now I'm staying at a healthy 180 Lbs. I guess that's good for coming on deployment at 168-ish. :dunno:

    Edit: I checked my bf % on Saturday and I was at 11.8 :wtc: If i went sub 7 I think my Abs would show through real nice but I don't have a routine or have the right cooking / food materials to eat right out here in Kuwait. Is there any good place online for a cut diet that actually works?

    i just hit sub 10% this week and i'm aiming for 8% or so... thanks for the ongoing encouragement OTFN

    So if you're sub 10% now, when was that after progress pic taken? Because you NOWHERE near 10% there. You'd be lucky to be 15% in that last beach pic. :rofl:

    yea beach pic was from couple weeks ago... too lazy to take a new pic... :rofl:

    also: i'm using a handheld fat examiner, probably not the most accurate thing around...

    I think you win.

    That "belly" shot was after me finishing off the rest of my broccoli before it going bad and an hour later I had a full set of abs. I still have both photos with time stamps in the EXIF. :rofl:

    props to dtr rex, its a big bf drop, i dont even count for this comp, because it was much easier for me, but used it as motivation. would be nice to see progress of the other people

    I failed :hs:...I hit crunchtime about 2.5 weeks out, then I got really sick. I haven't stepped foot in the gym in a week, but I've still been dieting (low carb days are probably what is making this virus drag out).

    Here's my progress...I'm 6'3". Managed to keep all my lifts the same if not get stronger in a few. Pics were taken after I rolled out of bed and unflexed :o...what do you guys think my starting and ending BF are?

    The last one is the most recent picture I have...I'm currently 178.4

    I think the 2.5 weeks of intense dieting, AIFM + Yohimburn, and dramatically increased cardio would have put me where I wanted to be too :hs:
