So I'm 6 months in just at a plateau, so I took a 3 week break to let my body rest and do other things in my life.

Well now after 3 weeks this is where I stand.

6'3 170lbs, I'm going to switch protein;from GNC protein (yes GNC) to muscle milk * I feel like I need more fat. I had creatine powder from BN.com but couldn't handle the taste and the powder so I want to switch to pills any direction on that ? (yes, I've searched and read) just not sure what the new hot shit is and where to get it.

    Few questions.
Is there an exercise I should put in or take out ?
Should I group my exercises / days differently ?
Looking to revamp my work out.

I will take pictures tomorrow because I went to the gym and I want normal pictures and see what I need to work on....

its not the content of your post, its the formatting.
Just put yourself in our shoes, and look at your post from an objective perspective, and just try to tell me you wouldn't be looking like Mr. Powell there...

try the modified Bill Starr 5x5 routine. if i had stayed on it longer I would have gained a lot more strength instead of being a weak bitch like I am now, but maximal strength is no longer my biggest concern.

    and fucking eat.

your diet needs to change dramatically.

not enough protein. you need more veggies and overall variety.

yeah there was more involved in just my body needing a rest * family matters*

yeh I've been hard boiling eggs and bringing 3 of those to throw in with my peanut butter sandwiches and carnation breakfast for break at 9:00. I also started to throw in those birdseed veggie bags and eat most of that.

Thanks for the encouragement let's see how the next 6 months treats me.

Honestly do the stickied routine at the top of the forum. Much more complete and if the diet isn't enough for you to gain weight, adjust accordingly. Good luck.
