a few years back I lifted/bulked for like 8 months. I went from 126-165. I was eating a lot but my lifting wasnt that intense. I gained mostly fat from it. I stopped and went back down to 135 over a few months. unfourtanetly this is my only "before" shot, taken in march 05: (5'11" 135) I had like no mass leftover and people started calling me somolian and shit. In april 05 I decided to get back into the game. I decided to lift with more intensity/form/etc. my diet is still eat everything, and focus a lot more on protien intake. its been like 6 months. the first 4 months were cake. I went from like 135-160 in the first 4. the past couple months i've been going up and down from 165-170 and back down. primarily because i've been working full time and stuff now. and its just way harder now. well anyway, onto the pics: disclaimer: i know because of the lighting its very decieving, its as bright as i could get it in my house/room. on top of the crazy shadow my complexion makes me look a lot bigger. sry. ive been working hard on the lats but they are just not showing. i focus a lot on my lower body but my quads went from 19" - 22" im too embarrased to post the wheels.
