~6 month progress

    bored so decided to post my ~6 month progress pics. started 208 lbs, right now i'm ~175-177 lbs, 6'. bench 255, squat 245 :o, DL 365x2 / 385x1

    all started when I met timber and evo on Oct 21 2008.

    big thanks to timber, evo, balzz, supreme bars :bowdown:

    all weights, basically zero cardio :bigthumb:

    unfortunately i don't really have any before pics from when I started, but I have a pic from 2007 that's a good appriximation:

    I look like shit right now, no update pics from abomb for another 3-6 months.

    though, I will say this, everything is coming back at an excellent speed and my angel wings are starting to come alive again

    i think i've done cardio 3-4 times in the past month. that's it.

    no cardio before that, all weights :noes:
