Maybe it's the lighting, but from march 28 to april 28 it looks like you made some dam good progress. Probably has to do with the definition starting to show through.

    Awesome work dude. :bigthumb:

nice progress...but why did you start doing the ballerina pose in the last 2 months? That could make you look thinner.

i know according to most people on th esite i'm not supposed to, but many non-lifting days, i was down at 1000-1200 calories, lifting days at 1250-1500 calories.

    diet was:
morn: bowl of special k (some lifting days, add ham and egg sandwich)
midday: (chicken breast salad, salsa) or muscle milk
    after workout: muscle milk shake
    evening: half muscle milk shake

not exact, but roughly what it was...

and of course some snacking on the days when i needed.... cardio 3-5 times a week, lifting 3-4 times a week, ab work every day.

wow, nice progress. 170 should be a good weight to maintain when you hit it, though i guess that depends on your height.

first few months was more heavy lifting and eating cleaner, but mostly as i pleased... i guess the transition period between bulking and cutting...

yea... i'm 5'8" but i just threw 170-175 out there as a relative number, considering current fitness level and how much further i'd like to go... not really sure exactly how far i'd like to go... i don't wanna lose myself and become a 'meat head':coolugh:

175 is even too high for 5'8' unless you have a significant amount of muscle mass.

160 would be a fair weight to aim for.
