(I just woke up in these pictures so i look like absolute shit :mamoru: )

I took everyones advice to just to EAT EAT EAT, and lift. The fat that I have put on doesnt really bother me. My progression with my lifts have been going through the roof, and my primary routine has been bill starrs/christophers which I've been on for about 12 weeks now. I TURN 17 TOMMOROW!!!

    any comments!?

definately bigger but looks more fat than muscle. still if you're seeing gains then it must be working.

I can see some added size in your back. Chest doesn't look much bigger. Shoulders do look bigger to me.

Maybe bulk a little cleaner? You have a little too much fat in your abdomen.

Good job though, and i'm glad your numbers are going up. You're only 16 years old, so keep going man, you'll be diesel by the time you turn 20.

Oh, and don't let everyone on here sweat you about how much you lift and shit like that. When I was in highschool, i could bench 315, and this dude who could only bench 185 had a chest that look phenomenal compared to mine....like two square bricks sitting on his chest. Numbers are definitely not the most important thing (unless you're a powerlifter obviously).

    Remember, quality, not quantity.

Of course he does, being cut is almost always a "better" look.

You look like you put on a solid amount of mass. Can't expect truly amazing results when you're as young as you are. The true test is how you look when you cut up again.

If you're worried you haven't improved enough, up your intensity. :)

how low has it gone? i remember you're competing soon so i'm assuming that's why it has dropped so low? or do you have an injury?
