    you are your own worst critic. at a minimum you're in better shape than 98% of the population. i'm just starting out but i'd be happy with your results after 6 months :o

    the change from your fatty before pic to the last ones you posted last year is still damn impressive, but since then it looks like you've either gone nowhere or almost lost some muscle. Start eating and lift harder

    Are your calves bigger than your upper legs? Or is it just the angle?

    Do you have measurements from 6 months ago? Compare that to what they are now. Pics don't give the whole story. You could be bigger overall.

    Start taking measurements now. Especially if you are slow bulking.

    - move pull ups to the beginning (do them wide grip and hit full rom)
    - double your chest volume
    - take out cheat foods for a year at least

    i'm about the same size, most measurements, some a bit smaller, others a bit bigger, but i'm stronger

    apparently, i'll get to be like you :yum:

    real talk tho, i'm sad, didn't realize how complacent i got :wtc:

    Start doing widegrip everything. Your lats are practically non existent. Also, start eating more and cleaner (500 calories above maintenance). I see some of the stuff you eat and it just seems like pointless food. Also, start benching free weight instead of using the smith all the time. Increase your reps on every exercise and work out for the pump (shorter rest periods).

    Don't be scared of eating above maintenance as long as you're eating clean and lifting. I'm sure you're a little paranoid of getting fat again but if you want to get more muscular, you're gonna need to eat more...

    who cares really? :dunno:

    your ego is the only thing that cares about how strong you are. if you have a big ass chest and can only bench 225, whores wouldnt/couldnt tell :dunno:. Lift for hypertrophy, not strength. unless your going into pl'ing.

    atleast thats my philosophy :o
