if i cant get 5 or 6 meals a day should i take a protein shake inbetween meals?
take meal replacements between - but you should really try to get those meals in. Its really not that hard if you dedicate a few hours on Sunday night and put the meals in different containers. get a little cooler and you're good to go
thats a good idea but im in college so its a shitton harder
shakes are fine if you're going for protein/caloric intake.
just balance yourself out.
