6 meals a day in college

    Ok i am trying to work out the diet aspect to my life and I have figured out that since i am 6'5", 236 lbs I have a maintenance calorie intake of somewhere around 3600, which means I am planning a 3000 calories cut diet. The real question is what are good substitutes for snacks and meals because I will not have full access to cook whatever I want. Should I look in to MRP's for two or three of the meals or what?

    I plan on a normal breakfast being like oatmeal, protein shake, fruit or something in that line

    What kind of options are available at your local college food court? You can almost always eat something healthy even if it tastes like shit.

    food court shit will get expensive quick man. look into planning your meals out on the weekends. stuff like oatmeal, canned tuna, canned fruits, canned veggies, nuts, and beef jerky can be kept easily in your room. when i'm at school i usuassly eat once a day at the food court. the rest i make. i average about $50 a week in groceries. $60 in supps. and $40 a month in whey

    well for fat loss isnt it best to eat 5-6 meals a day

    also i have access to food but i will not be able to really cook anything like chicken since my options are sorority house food(where i work) or my fraternity houses food

    i believe it's just 'best' because it helps fight off hunger. fatloss should be around the same between 3 meals and 6 meals a day assuming calories are the same.

    5 meals a day will get your metabolism up, i believe.

    so if its not possible should i just add breakfast at least

    i mean right now im only at lunch/dinner

    so i guess ill just plan on getting my calories working out more and staying away from unhealthy foods
