Im starting to do a 6 meal deit and i was wondering what i should eat at each meal

lots o eggs
hunk o meat
hunk o meat pt 2
more food before bed
i know what but i dont know if i shoudl eat certin kinds of food and how much, im trying to bulk but not get fat
For breakfast make sure you're getting a large carb and protein hit to replenish glycogen and protein lost from sleep.
~1 hour before you workout try and have a meal of carbohydrates and protein but no fat.
After your workout try and have a meal of carbohydrates and protein but no fat. (can have a shake if you want)
Before you go to sleep don't eat carbs (unless you worked out late at night)
Try and get a variety of saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.
Other than that, there isn't much I can think of.
Read the stickies, use Google, pay a nutritionist/trainer.
