So I have the six pack but whats the best way to get the eight pack?
buy 2 more beers
increase your # of leg raises to 5,000 per day
kill yourself and hope for reincarnation
unless he drinks coke
get an entire collection of Cadillac Don's tracks, then fist yourself for asking a dumb question
now for the serious answer...
Go to your local walgreens/cvs/etc and find a product called Capzasin-hp. Its a cream. This is what most BBers do for stage prep. 2-3x a day you want to generously cover the lower abs (where you are most likely to get 2 more showing... basically upper pube area to belly button area) with Capzasin-hp. Do it for a day or two to get a sense of your tolerance. Once you know how much you can take... wrap the area in seran wrap. Let it sit for a while, remove and immediately jump in the shower and get it off you. In a couple weeks, assuming you are also doing lots of leg raises, you will be well on your way to an 8-pack and the bitches will be all over you up in the club
why stop at an 8pack? You can get a case(24) or a 30 pack for pretty cheap.
i think what these guys are trying to say is a combination of things:
1. read the stickies
2. abs are made via diet, a dedicated full body workout including intense ab work, and cardio training.
In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.

dude, it doesnt matter if you have a 6 or 8 pack...jsut be lean
its not like you walk around and some girl will be like "he only has a 6 pac, i wanna talk to the guy with the 8"
