    I have been doing a 5x5 for a few months now. going to do my first deload so i thought i would post the results since this place helped me alot.

    start date 10/4/07

    start weight
    249
    end weight
    240

    bf est 40%
    bf est 30%

    start end
    squat 275x5 380x5
    deadlift 275x5 380x5
    pendlay row 180x5 205x3
    bench 225x5 255x3
    incline 185x5 210x5

    im gonna do another run just to see how strong i can get than prolly do crossfit or hoop more and just try to maintain what i got.

    380x5 squat and a 380x5 deadlift? Something tells me you're not going all the way down on those squats. But if you are fantastic.

    nah my ass is going all the way down. the boxers i have ripped and teh times i almost shit myself coming out of the hole or proof enough for me.

    Well then well done. Thats a fantastic number. Now your deadlift number needs to go way up. I don't know if I can do 380x5, maybe I could, but a 380 deadlift I've done 12 with room to spare.

    i might of been able to keep going i never missed a rep on squats and only missed deadlift because my grip went out on me.. i took last week off then this week i got sick. just said fuck it i will build back up see if i can somehow add another 100 on my squat.
