    I am starting this log because I keep on losing the little slips of paper I record my workouts on. They are everywhere. :o

    Anyways, about 1month into the 5x5 program, increasing weights every week. heres what I did tonight. (last day of the week)

    Yeah, but I switched military with incline bench. I also downloaded a spreadsheet that plans the 6 weeks for you if you enter in your 5rep max, but the weight was progressing to slow for someone who still has noob gains, so I am just adding 5 or 10lbs/week to everything

    I go below parallel during squats and i lost about 10 pounds so my numbers dropped a bit.
