    wrong car, wrong transmission.

    double negatives = a positive

so i guess. its a :bigthumb:

its not like stock GTs are fast anyways, so he has no use for a MT.

thank you, kids think a stick is everything, ever hear of a b&m shift kit, just cuz its an auto with the proper stall speed and a shift kit, i'd way rather have an auto, my other car is a 5 speed, gets old!

Nice ride! She'll be fun come summer time - the wheels will be doing this !

I'm also a fan of the auto's, for 2 reasons. An auto w/shift kit changes gears faster than a stick. Because I drive 3000+ miles/week with a 13 speed, auto's are a nice relief from all that clutching/shifting.

    Yeah, true. In most cases.
People forget that automatic's never miss a shift. That's a pretty big advantage in most races.

Oh yeah, your car is definatly hawt.

oh i wasnt trying to be an asshole. having a v6 or GT with a MT is like getting your corolla with an MT. if it was a cobra, it would be different story.

a clutch in an 05 stang wouldnt do anything anyway. you still cant do a burnout or even peel out, the most youll get is a little tire squeal.

youre owned by electronic controlled throttle. biaaaaatch

Is that sonic blue? Those wheels are 10x better than the premium wheels in my opinion. Ive driven 10 or so 05s, they are nice cars :bigthumb:

:ugh2: the ECU wont let you rev the shit out of it and drop the clutch, the engine will drop the RPMs as sson as the clutch engages to "prevent premature engine wear". ford designed the ECU to prevent engine damage, burnouts/etc are bad for an engine i guess.

sonic blue indeed! the rims are basically the same as 04's but in my opinion way better than the other 2 options. there was one more option of the same rims i got but chrome with some spinner center caps, look real sweet but like $2500 or something crazy. gotta start on the stripe now! yea the ecu and all that jazz, im sure there will be some chips and things coming out! this car is so new, but the motor has potential finally in a stang! havent had one since the fox body days cuz they pussied them out so much (minus 03-04 cobra)! but im sure the AM goddies will start flying outta shops!

still enjoy my talon! rice domestic, i love all vehicles and never hate on anyone elses, even wagons! nice cars on here people! enjoy them!

300 hp is more than enough to make a MT fun. Nothing wrong with having a MT in the GT...I wouldn't have mine any other way.

Besides, a MT can make just about any car fun. My second car was a 1990 Celica GT-S with a whopping 130 hp, but the 5-spd. made it a hell of a lot more fun to drive than more powerful cars with automatics.
