if it is meant to be a tutorial for pro fighters - yes

if it is meant to help kids in the hood fend for themselves - no

I'd like to see 52 blocks actually block a real fucking kick. Not some faggotry snapkick thats done slowly so he can "Express a wonderful unorthodox block"

To be honest it looks incredibly impractical if it's meant to be for day to day self defense. Seems like it would be better to just to learn some basic boxing, instead of trying to catch punches and shit:)ugh:).

I would actually go with the opposite of what you said and say that it might be an interesting technique to use in competition, if you could your execution time up high enough to use it effectively.

Some of those blocks for a round house would end up as a knockout. You can clearly see the guy can still hit the head.

Fact: In the first vid it looks like the moves are slowed down when in actuality that whole sequence is in real time.

I guess its better to know SOMETHING rather than nothing, but there are so many better things you could learn than that garbage. It would get you killed if you fought someone with any boxing or kicking training. That guy couldn't even stop 25% speed kicks, there is no way he'd actually pop that elbow up against a real jab.

That guy looks like he's never kicked anything in his life. It's just awful, even if he is slowing them down.

doesnt make sense to try to catch punches and kicks, even if you're good at it some will slip through and it will be over faster than you can counter attack.
