No proof other than witnesses, who fucking stared at me when I YELLED lightweight at the top...
I thought that I was going to have to hitch, but I refused, it might have rode for an inch as I was straightening my back, but that was at the very top.. a couple of people when I asked, said that I hadn't hitched... weight is around 210...

yeah, you should be able to pull that pretty easily if you dont do too many reps before that, i can pull 275 easy if i just warm up 135x10 and pull 225x2
If you can pull 225 X 5 you should have 275 no prob... my training log has my pre-max attempt sets, not saying it's a definitive guide, just how I did it.. I started with 225 X 4 or 5 I think
