Ok so after getting into some trouble with the cops and i decided that i needed to refocus myself on what was important and get focused again on working out after spending my first 3.5 years of college to and drinking way to many beers. These are the pics of me about a week before Thanksgiving... Before on left, current pics on the right After looking at these pics 5 weeks later, I truthfully thought that I would have made more progress. To be completely honest, I do feel better about myself after working out than I had previously, but still want to improve my physical appearance. The workout I had been doing consisted of the following: Sunday - Cardio Monday - Upper Body Tuesday - Cardio Wednesday - Lower Body Thursday - Cardio Friday - Upper Body Saturday - OFF My diet did not change to much from what it was before, in fact i had really not been consuming much food at all, and all but cut out fast food besides for the occasional slip up. With all of that being said I want to focus myself on making even more strides which I know means I have to clean up my diet and probably even change my workout. I have read the stickyed threads multiple times but am really just looking for a little extra help and guidance if you wouldn't mind helping me out. I just know that when I graduate in May I will be accepting a job out of state with a new group of people and I have a chance to transform myself into a healthy, fit person instead of looking like an overweight frat boy.
