I'm completely out of my fitness routine because of the fact that I'm a fourth year college senior and work 20+ hours a week as well. I work on campus, so I'm basically on campus from 8am to 5pm or so daily (no fridays).

I want to be working out about 3-4 times a week, and wish to cut some fat, while gaining a bit of muscle (just tone myself up a bit). I'm about 180lbs and 6'2".

I'm not really a stranger to weight training, but I have had quite a break (holidays didn't help with gaining a small bit of weight also). I rep about 35lb dumbbells on curls and only about a plate and a ten for bench as a reference. I would say my chest is my weak point.

Nutritionally, I find it hard to get a good thing going because I'm hardly ever home, I would need suggestions for food that I could bring with me to campus and possibly heat up there (non cooked fine as well.). Nightly, I really like chicken and pasta (been making wheat pasta for a while.

If anyone could set me up with a nice 3-4 time a week workout with some nutrition plan as well, I'll send $5 paypal to the one I choose. If this isn't reward enough, than that's fine, as school takes away too much from me to offer more.

If this isn't an allowed thread, I'm find with having it closed ASAP, as I don't want to have a bad start on this awesome forum :big grin:...

I can post more information if needed and pics as well.

    Thanks!

(if you really dont trust me about the reward... you can check out my heatware feedback @ http://www.heatware.com, my username is mattjbak.)

since you'll be working on campus for a long period, I suggest you to bring a bunch of small healthy meals. Get in at least 6 small meals a day that consists of alot of protein, and if you can start drinking whey protein.

Well if you don't want the $5 I'll just go read it, I just thought people would maybe have a little routine they could setup for me, as you have been into this stuff longer than I have been...

Im liking your work... If you could replace something for squats... I should have specified no legs for now (i'm recovering from an ankle accident, which isn't terrible, but I'd prefer to keep heavy stress off of it). I want good focus on my chest tris and bis... Add in some good easy food for @ school and you have your reward :big grin:

5x5 is this with the heaviest weight I can 5 rep?

uhh how are you going to get your legs stronger without working them out. Start doing light squats for awhile until you feel comfortable adding weights. For food, cook a shitload of chicken and bring em to school, nuts for snacks, fruits, veggies, peanut butter, fish, and rice.

first rep is your warmup rep, and for every rep add wieghts to it. 5 rep should be your max and 5+lb. Every week keep adding 5+ to your max and keep doing it until you can 5 rep of it.

Money sent... NOTE: If someone asks for something simple there it's not that helpful to question why... I just wanted some info, what does it matter to you if I pay for it or not? Thanks
