5 month progress, gonna keep bulking

    Currently 165 (totally dehydrated, weighed myself this morning after a night of heavy drinking)

    I was 140 at the start of the fall school semester. Injured my shoulder in early
    December, its still somewhat injured. Probably could have been 170 or 175 by now if it wasnt for that.

    Im gonna keep bulking to 180 and then reevaluate. Maybe cut or keep bulking from there.

    whats the assessment? what should i be working on

    i still have a shoulder injury which prevents me from doing almost all chest and shoulder exercises

    I dont really max but my numbers right now are

    DL: 315x4
    Squat: 225x10 (dont go much high cause the pressure on my shoulder)
    Bench: last time i did it was more than a month ago and that was like 185x5 . i've probably lost some strength since then cause i can only do cable and machine work.
