I have tons of time on my hands since i only go to school and work part time and can easily make it to the gym everyday. I decided since I can make it atleast 5 times a day I mine as well take 1 muscle group and beat the shit out of it for that day. Usually my week goes like this.. Mon- Chest Tues- Back Weds- Shoulders Thurs- Arms (biceps,triceps) Fri- Legs On each day I do about 5-6 exercises x 3-4 sets per each exercise, per muscle. Some people are saying that its a good idea to do this since i can make it to the gym and other people are telling me theres no reason to do this and to just do 3 exercises x 4 reps each.. for ex Mon- chest tri Weds- Back Bi Fri- shoulders legs.. I used to do that, but I just feel I work my muscles harder and get that sore feeling (which I love) better when I only work out 1 muscle group a day. Should I just keep doing what I'm Doing or is there somthing I should change.
