    In Kuwait as of right now, 2 months into deployment and 2 months into weight lifting. Started benching 205 max, now i am doing 4 sets of 5 on heavy days with 225. I am shooting for 350 lbs flat bench by the end of 08. Saturday--Off day so going to get some rest and prepare for Monday. I'm lazy right now so I will start posting what i eat on Monday. :wiggle:

    Weight: 168
    Height: 6'0"

    Current
    Weight 178

    Target: 185-190 Solid

    Currently taking: 2 Scoops N.O. Xplode Mon, Wed and Friday. Syntha Six Protein Shake two scoops two times a day. One Mid morning (usually around 9:30) and one DIRECTLY after my workout.

    Started Deployment benching 195, now up to 255 in just 3 months, work out 5 days a week, Cobra Commander and PlutoBHG, Great Workout Partners.

    :rofl: Since we are the Broliest S6 shop ( Communications shoppe), and we all work together and see each other every day and I will be going all over the states here in the next few months, we figured it would be a great way to keep in touch. :wiggle:

    Had a hawrible day at the DFAC and spilled shit all over the place. Wanted to punch a TCN in the face. I am now eating some cookies that a friend of mines church sent to boost the morale up here in kuwait. I wish it was ISO-PURE drinks but cookies will do. Watching movies today and chilling the fuck out.



    It is chronicles of riddick weird-planet-too-close-too-sun HOT AS FUCK out here.

    Took in a lot of Calories the last couple of days , im starting to slack :noes:, I think it's because i have'nt had a good home cooked meal in like 2.5 months:wtc:. So Cardio is a must and the sauna wont be that bad aslong as it's not 200 degrees again, Fuck......

    We all did ~30 minutes of cardio = ~500 cal burned
    and 10 minutes in the sauna

    Ate 3 hard boiled eggs, bowl of oatmeal, banana and four hundred ML of whole milk. Had super pill and bout to take one-a-day. Eating pop-tarts right after muster.

    Lunch: One turkey burger, one Bubba burger--One slice of Pepperjack on both burgers, one pork sausage hot dog a green arizona tea and a blue monster. WOW, typing that out sounded like a lot and come to think of it, trying to put this much weight on is kind of tiring. High metabolish sucks right now.

    Mid-day, Had a Protein shake with one scoop of peter pan Peanut butter. :yum:

    Dinner: Ramen noodles and Trail mix for dinner--Too lazy to walk to the galley and wanted to play diablo 2. :rofl:




    Work out: Biceps and Shoulders

    Preacher Curls: 129 lbs 4x5
    Military Press: 185 lbs 4x5
    Free Arm curls: 50lbs 4x5
    Shoulder swings (side and front): 25lbs 4x5
    Lean-over Bicep curls: 35lbs 4x5
    Straight Shoulder throw (cable): 50 4x5

    PR: Bench 135 x 2, 225 x 2, 300 x 1

    Hammer curls: 50lbs 4x5
    Shrugs: 100lbs 4x15-20
    Reverse shoulder throws: 25lbs 4x15

    ABS: 3 Sets on Excercise ball (medium size)

    Monday Morning: For Breakfast I had 3 hard boiled eggs, a small bowl of apple oatmeal, and a bananna, and water.

    Lunch: Grilled Burger and Hotdog

    Dinner:Salad and Chicken Breast

    MACH PRT (1.5 miles 12minutes, 75 situps 1 minute, 60 pushups 45 seconds...ouch chest sore)

    Breakfast: 7:50am 1 HB egg, 1 banana, 1 bowl smart start cereal

    snack: 10:30am 1 tsp PB

    Lunch: 12:30 1 Hamburger, 1 cup of hard pretzels

    Dinner: Beef jerky and a cliff bar (got a box from home!)
