5.5month progress pics (I need alot of work) I started at about ~225lbs, 19% body fat. I dont have any decent pics from when I started, but I was getting pretty chunky. These first pics were taken in about January. I was about ~208lbs 17% body fat. I dont remember exactly, and I should have recorded it on the pictures, too late now though *edit* the dates on these four pics are wrong. These are taken today. This should almost be the 6 month mark. I am not too happy with the progress since the last set of pictures, I think I need to workout harder. My ultimate goal is to get ~10% bodyfat, then add some muscle from there. I never really had a desire to get huge, I just want to be attractive (to women ). I know I need work on every part of my body, but my legs are especally bad. I'm going to start kicking up the cardio, and maybe get to about ~190lbs. I cant decide if I should try a bulking phase, summer is coming up and I want to finally not be fat at pool/hot tub parties. I'm down almost 30lbs though, I suppose that's something to be proud of. I dont have pics of my fat ass before I started to cut.
