Do you guys have your conditioning sessions falling under the same days as lifting days, or separate?

Another question--from the T-Nation article I was reading:

How important is the 2-day suggestion? My work schedule kinda leaves me with training Sunday-Tuesday, Thursday.

I've been doing 4 days/wk for so long, it didn't even cross my mind :eek3:

Anyone doing the program on a 3-day/wk regimen? How do you have it set up?

Let's say your workouts are as follows -
    A) Military Press
    B) Deadlift
    C) Bench Press
    D) Squat

A 3-day routine would be set up like this (in your case, using Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday as the lifting days)

    Sunday - A

    Tuesday - B

    Thursday - C

    Sunday - D

    Tuesday - A

    Thursday - B

    Sunday - C

    Tuesday - D

    and so on...

I'm thinking every other day, so some weeks it will be 4 days some weeks 3
and every day that I'm not training ill be doing some sort of conditioning

I might take a cheat day off every week or 2
