-Replacing my seriously glazed/warped OEM rotors with OEM style brembos and putting on my MM C/C plates this weekend

-Have two friends making their way to the dark side
-Friend A: traded his '94 with a fully built 306 for a GSR :ugh:
-Friend B: Got :ruiner:'d and is using the cash settlement on a type R and a condo

-Thinking of trading in my stock pony rims ('95 GTS, read: GT w/no options) for a set of Steeda Ultra Lite 18's and doing a cobra front brake upgrade . . .

oh and www.turbomustangs.com makes me happy in the pantaloons :o

Yeah, I wish there were more around, they've got some serious potential. The fox body is light with the 302, cut the cylinders in half and add bost and watch what happens :eek3: . . .

so if buick is the dark side . . . . . honduh is "the team sam gamgee plays on" :dunno::o

I'll forgive you in time . . . was thinking of trading mine in for a WRX, but I have no wish to pay that much $$$ to get 300 awhp when I can get 300rwhp for close too $1500 if I go the cheap route on my car . . .

Was at a local meet with a guy that had a junkyard turbo kit on his capri, never got a chance for a ride though :hs:

Either way, roots s/c for 5.0L's are so underated. I rode in a 94 SN95 with one and there was power all over the place . . . .

I'm in. See my new suspension thread.

My rotors are warped badly too.

It has nothing to do w/ how much I can dump into it and what power it can put out... I just want a brand new car. I love the car though, so it'll be hard for me to let it go. :hs:

Ehh, it doesn't take as much as your GN but it can take a nice amount compared to your average V8 :hs: . . . .

As far as crank stress, yeah it sucks, but roots blowers give such instant gratification it's worth the loss in crank power . . .

    After I can afford rims/cobra brakes I'll probably look at the MM torque-arm/panhard bar . . . but that won't be for a while . . .

Yeah, that's why I was looking at the wrx for a while, but then I realized I enjoy not having monthly car payments and can telecommute to work when I need to . . . .

I would welcome a car payment if I actually enjoy being behind the wheel of the vehicle. You wouldn't catch my paying for an Accord and actually 'enjoying' it. I'd keep my mustang before I do that. :o

But either way, the stock 5.0 block can only hold so much boost. Check out the "stock block chronicles" on turbomustangs.com. The stock 5.0L literally splits down the middle from too much boost, if you invested in a girdle that basically just keeps all the parts together when you're pulling it apart :eek3:

Oh well, when I have $$$$$$:

    -Daily driver (altima most likely)
    -PTK kit on stock block
-built 306 and TKO when that goes
    -boost like there's no tommorow

One day . . . . one day it will happen for me. Ugh, looks like it's gonna be later than sooner. DC/Metro rent is going to own my ass hardcore untill I can make a serious step up in income :hs:. If I lived in the sticks I'd probably be able to make this happen within a year . . . .

    I heard they're cheaper on www.tirerack.com :dunno:

I got mine from www.stangsuspension.com, but apparently that might be $20-30 more expensive than tirerack :hs:

285 HP and 316lb-ft with fuel system problems @ the rear wheels :(

255LPH fuel pump should solve it. I want the 300 horse RWHP mark and then spray it with the 125 horse pill from the ZEX kit. :bigthumb:
