404 chest not found

    This may be a pointless question, but whatever, I have nothing to do at the office today.

    With my AC arthritis the only chest press I can do is DB incline. No other variation (BB, DB, flat, decline, incline) works. Everything else hurts. So my chest day ends up being 5 or 6 sets of DB incline and then cable flies. Sometimes I do a little pec deck but that often aggravates my shoulder.

    Is there anything else I can do? :hs: Dips irritate the fuck out of my shoulder and my elbows so that is out.

    Good idea. Probably won't work but there is no harm in giving it a go.

    The volume worries me. I view my right shoulder like my my friend viewed the windshield wiper motor on his '68 Impala. He told me he only used them when he had to because at that age he figured there were only so many wipes left in them :o

    Usually hurts, although the regular one I can do with lightish weight.

    don't be scared. start with 25s if you have to for first few weeks and slowly progress up.

    Already do that. I start middle with the highest weight and move up while decreasing the weight.

    OK, I am going to try floor presses, I will add some volume, and I will throw in some hammer strength shit and see what happens.

    The heavy DB incline is probably not all that great for me anyway :o

    try some shoulder mobility exercises, start with some light weight and work with slow, controlled reps
