Well done. That's pretty damn quick. What are you doing to drop weight so fast?

    I'm down ~35 since October.

eating better but not even great, carido 5 days a week 30min to an hour and lifting 5 days a week. a few things that i have done was, quit smoking, drinking, and no more pop/soda

for the last 2 weeks i have been keeping track of my diet on fitday( average 2300 cals a day) trying to get at least 200g of protein a day.

Good job. It's amazing the results you can get from those changes. Keep up the good work.
