Yeah, people like you pull way more than me, but it's a big accomplishment for me. I haven't been lifting very long.
At 4+ plates, I started to notice people kind of watching me in the gym wondering if I could pull it
in, but not for the past few months due to back injury
I just found my log that I started keeping about 3 weeks after I started lifting. I've made some pretty good gains since then I think
240 5x3 or
100lb dumbbells 4x6
It's been about 4 to 4.5 months so far
6 plate DL crew hopefully next week
only 3 plates give me another few months
...like you've never been proud of anything.
yeah, but these threads are whore fests, if you want to be proud of somethign, enter some sort of copetition, or post a PR thread, not some ghey LOOK at me, and my Crew fagotry.

you could get 415 pretty easily
I'm afraid to try it for some reason. Like the day I throw 4 plates on there is the day my back gives out.

donlt be a fucking pussy, and if you are that concerned, you are exttremely close to exelent deadlifters...
i know it's irrational but i'm just weird like that. it was almost the same way for my bench. i was scared of 225 til i finally hit it. and since then i haven't even tried again.
okay, next monday i'll go for it. you are either going to see a "Yay DL PR!" thread or a "My fucking back snapped! *pics*" thread.
