    4 months ago I got serious with my health and started working out and eating way more healthy.

    I went from 260ish to 235. I didn't really use supplements just a weeks worth of cytotech hardcore witch didn't do much

    Heres a before picture that somewhat shows how big I was then the rest are from after work outs.

    Leave advice please... :)

    eating slightly under your daily maintenance level, eat high protein, low carb in order to lose body fat.

    In other words, you don't want to keep gaining fat at this point.

    edit - my mistake, you actually lost 25lbs, not gained. Good choice, keep it up.

    How tall are you? You never really looked 260 pound big.
