4 Day Split Routines

    Im looking for a new routine to change things up a little (im currently using pur's routine) and I checked the stickies but most are 3 day splits. im looking for a hypertrophy routine.

    Just vary the exercises in Pur's routine and keep the same basic concept. :dunno:

    When I'm dreading going to the gym occiasionaly I switch it up and do some OH BB presses or something for shoulders, ect.

    Lots of ways to set it up

    I'm personally doing chest+shoulders, back, legs, arms.
