I'm not dying like last time I tried cutting..
I've been below 1000 these 3 days :/
why less than 1k?

I'm getting enough protein
right now i'm @ 723cals total. 21fat. 20carb. 104protein
maybe a peanut butter sandwich + a shake tonight as well..that'll boost be to over 145g protein

whats the worst that can happen if i stay under 1000? just wondering
1000 sounds "ok"
id try to up it to about 1300-1500 if i were you to stay healthy
And you're cutting? You better be like 4'10". How tall are you?
Fuck that. I'm cutting at 2200 and I weigh 178 now. You shouldn't be cutting at your weight unless you are a girl.
My brothers gf is on a bit of a diet after having a baby. She's at 1200 cals/day. Under 1000 is brutal.
it hasn't been terrible for me, actually. the bad part is that i use the excuse "oh well i'm at only around 700 for today, I can eat this (insert something sweet in here)"
I think I'd pass out if I only had 1000/day.
