God my bench is utter shit, whats a good way to get it at least at my body weight?
For some reason I don't believe your numbers
Offroad moutain biking ftw, just doesnt do much for your upper body
or your squat and dl numbers
5x5 ftw, and eat alot

I dont trust doing 1rm as I have a fucked up back and fucked up left hamstring
Except I use to squat alot, that and walmart cart pushing made my leg/back get a shit load stronger, pulling 200-400lbs with a rope upahill ftl

If you're not used to heavier weight you're going to have a very tough time with them. If you never max or even do 2RMs you'll be in for a shock if you tried those weights. I'd put your maxes at these...
Unless when you say 8 you mean 1 set, then I'd say 305/315/145
