    God my bench is utter shit, whats a good way to get it at least at my body weight?

    I dont trust doing 1rm as I have a fucked up back and fucked up left hamstring

    Except I use to squat alot, that and walmart cart pushing made my leg/back get a shit load stronger, pulling 200-400lbs with a rope upahill ftl

    Was just a grade 1 :hs: So no lifting on legs for at least 3 weeks but hopefully I can get my bench up to 170-180 :x: :x:

  25. If you're not used to heavier weight you're going to have a very tough time with them. If you never max or even do 2RMs you'll be in for a shock if you tried those weights. I'd put your maxes at these...

    335 squat
    355 deadlift
    155 bench

    Unless when you say 8 you mean 1 set, then I'd say 305/315/145
