    I helped a buddy do it and he made the mold before I got there so I dont know about that part. We had problems with the mold cracking so it made it a lot harder, my buddy probably made the mold to thin and mixed the plaster wrong.

    werd, you could always put some plastic reinforcement or chicken wire or something in it to give it some tensile strength.

    very true.....now that I think about it I had to teach him how mix concrete so he probably fucked it up....
