I hate when people are using my squat rack for something not necessary

lower the weight, keep the hips down, this is a deadlift, not a stiff leg deadlift. Focus on keeping the rise of hips and chest at a similar rate. Also, whats the point in doing triples at 365? Drop it back and hit 5 - 8 clean reps without a bounce.

I thought you got a hard time for no reason but you really need to think a little harder next time you post something as stupid as this shit. Comparing andy boltons deadlift to this guy is something I'd expect from a chimpanzee with a learning difficulty.

No trying to squat the weight up is stupid, this is what squats are for. But half you fuckers don't even get to || with those either which is why your quads are the size of your arms

I'm no expert, but youre REALLY bouncing the weights, and it kind of looks like youre either shruging at some point or it looks like you may be trying to pull your shoulderblades together or something.

from a non expert point of view(mine) that is seriously the only thing that can be said is wrong. Cuz like chris said, reset the weight so you lift it from a dead point.

:bigthumb: Like I said before...nice number
