Any difference between the '03 and '04 models?
I love the Zed. I'd never buy one, but I love the car.
I decided to pass up the s2000. I really want at least 6 cylinders. I just love the sound they make. When you start up the s2000, it's no different than my celica. Plus I really prefer low end power than having to rev it till it breaks just to get power.
you want that NSX. forget that the dude flaked on you the other day and try again. maybe he really does want to sell and was being a selfish fuckard with his time.
Yeah I'll probably give him a call to maybe see it on Friday at lunch or something..if everything looks good, I'll try and get it by Saturday.
I'm just glad I'm not in a hurry to buy a car, but I just want something new.

I work at a nissan dealer. I dont think I could justify the purchase of a Z. Its a decent car and all... but I just couldnt.
Figure $45k CAD for an enthusiast pkg. I can get an 01 Z06 for like 5k more, with under 30k kilometres. Its a no-brainer. Hell, the s2k I drove was 30x funner than the Z. yeah, the torque is nice, but up top the s2k hauls.

I don't like the front fender on that car. Plus the backseats are useless. Should've just made it a 2 seater.
its actually kinda roomy in the back. it outperforms the 350z on the track too, and critics are saying its a better quality car. but im a mazda freak so im biased. had you been considering the rx8?
also, they wouldnt make the rx8 a 2 door when the rx7 is coming out in 3 years now would they?
I wasn't considering the rx8 due to it's styling. Plus I really don't like to always have to go to a rotary specialist for any reason. Once the car gets old, I'd like to be able to stop anywhere to get it fixed if I had problems.

Really? Is that why I'm finding most of the real world numbers on RX8s running in the mid to high 14s / 15s in the 1/4 mile? What about the slalom mph that's VERY low..
What about the POOOR road handling of .88gs? How about the 6 second 0 - 60 time? Not to mention the fact that its a rotary doomed to failure... RX8 ==
Even forgot to mention teh fact that the car is BUTT FUCKING UGLY! I wouldn't drive it JUST because of the looks. Honestly, I think I could throw 4 wheels and a seat on a pig and it'd handle better than the new RX8.
does anyone have that vid of the english guys doing the rx8 review and the the 350z pulling the exact same track time. as for it being doomed to failure, i hope your not a bandwagon jumper who thinks that because its a rotary its a piece of shit. id like to know what you know about the renesis engine to base your opinion on? or did you even know it was called "renesis"?
Yeah, I read teh stupid little book that road and track released on the car. I still am of the opinion that it's doomed to failure, and it still has no torque. When you can produce more torque than horsepower call me and I'll care.
im sure the automotive industry is very interested in your opinion the rx8 has a smooth powerband all the way through, its acceleration doesnt have a sudden jolt of speed, its even through the entire band. and when you can get 1.3l to put out 230hp n/a out of a piston engine, call me and ill care.
Okay dude.. welcome to the world... Only MORONS care about HORSEPOWER! I could squeeze 400000000 horsepower out of an engine but without any torque it's pretty fucking useless in almost ALL applications!!
