Another POS to add to the collection. Picked this up for bugger all.

76 FJ40. 350 chev, 70 series 5 speed, suspension and body lift, disc front.

Tastfully finished off in pressure-pack black :mamoru:

    Haters gonna hate. haha

New paint! And a work-in-progress winch bar. Paint is just a uber hard expoxy type shit that covers well and is nice and resiliant.

Gracfully sneaking up on the wildlife heh heh

Can't freaking wait until the wet season :big grin:

Nowhere near dirty enough :( The dust just kept flying off the new paint.

All cleaned up and I remounted the nudge bar up the correct way (facepalm).

Gone through a few changes since the last pics.

Removed the body lift, new paint, new guard cut, new tailgate.

Also found an old hard top out in the bush that scrubbed up OK for this years wet season. Better than the shitty soft top I had anway.

What did you pick it up for? I couldn't find any FJ40's around here for less than 4.

Aaahhh! I had a feeling there was something not quite right... now I know, the steering is on the wrong side.

That thing has waaaay too much lift to make a good trail vehicle. I love the paint though.
